December meeting - 13th December

we are getting sorted for our December meeting.- 13th December at 2pm.

We will be entertained by a singer, so it is hoped that members will participate in the singing.

This will be followed by a lovely buffet.

An open invitation has been given to all the residents of  Sherborne House, so it is hoped that they will join us in our celebrations.

fantastic to be back.

Our members were glad to be back at Sherborne House, after all its renovations.

The building is looking fabulous, it has been brought into the 21st century for sure.

We were lucky to have a representative from Wiltshire Farm Foods, who gave company background, explain the ordering process for their food. No its not like meals on wheels.

The company will deliver their own frozen foods direct to your door. So you can stock up your freezer the easy way.  They do ask that orders be over £15.00 which will then be delivered on a set day for your area. Delivery is free of charge.

We even had samples to try... very nice and tasty.  Our members were very interested, and i'm sure they will be receiving orders from us.

Saturday 20 October 2018

our November Meeting.

It is hoped that we will be able to return to Sherborne House for our meeting on 8th November. 2pm.

We are looking forward to meeting in the refurbished new lounge., as it has been a struggle to keep everyone together whilst Sherborne House was unavailable to us.

We must give our sincere thanks to Doreen and Tony who opened up their home to us, and supplied us with good hospitality for our monthly meetings during the Summer months.

We are look forward to our speaker Lottie Parkin from Wiltshire Farm Foods, who supply pre made hot meals for home deliveries, for those wishing to have meals delivered to their doors. Looking forward to some tasty samples.

We very much hope to see all our members in good health and spirits on 8th Nov.  and of course welcome new members, carers and family members.
